Return & Exchange Policy
At Keyzai, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
We offer Free Returns & Exchanges in select countries and will provide a digital prepaid return label (printable or scannable).
📦 Return Guidelines
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
- Returns are only accepted for orders made on Keyzai.com.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Using a non-Keyzai return label will void free return eligibility.
- If USPS confirms drop-off but loses the package, Keyzai will cover it.
- Items processed under a warranty claim are not eligible for return.

- France
- Germany
- Spain
- Italy
We do not currently offer free returns for international orders outside the countries listed.
📱 Digital Return Labels
All return labels are digital. Most USPS locations now accept QR codes, so printing isn’t always required.
Use the USPS Locator to find nearby QR-friendly drop-off points.
For APO/FPO addresses, we may require an alternate return address due to shipping limitations.
❗Ordered the Wrong Item?
If you made a mistake, contact us within 2 hours of purchase. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it immediately.
📧 How to Request a Return
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A short explanation for the return
We’ll reply with return instructions and your prepaid label.
⏳ Processing Time
Please allow up to 25 days for the return to reach us and be processed.
Once approved, refunds are usually posted within 2–3 business days, depending on your bank.
If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days of our confirmation, contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
